This will more than likely lead to you losing money on the deal in the long run. And anytime that you lose money on real estate you should not be happy with yourself. There are plenty of properties that you can buy which will increase in value over time.

Overall, you need to buy real estate with the idea that you may have to sell it sooner or later. Of course this should not be the only thing that you consider, but it is definitely something that should be ingrained in the back of your mind.
